LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 2002--Guess?, Inc. (NYSE:GES) today reported that total retail sales for the five weeks ended November 2, 2002 were $35.3 million, an increase of 4.1% from sales of $34.0 million for the five weeks ended November 3, 2001.

Comparable store sales for the October period decreased 2.5%, in line with the Company's previously announced expectation of a decrease in the low single digits. Comparable store sales for the Company's full priced retail stores increased 2.2%, and comparable store sales at the factory outlet stores decreased 13.0%.
