LOS ANGELES, April 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Guess?, Inc. (NYSE: GES) today announced that Professor Judith F. Blumenthal has been nominated for election to a three-year term as a director of the Company at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 18, 2007. Dr. Blumenthal has been a professor at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business since 1996, where she has developed and taught graduate courses in strategic management. During her period of faculty appointment at USC, she has also served as an Associate Dean of the Marshall School of Business and as USC's Associate Vice President, Alumni Relations and Executive Director of the USC Alumni Association. In addition to her academic career, Dr. Blumenthal has worked as an independent consultant, advising companies on strategic, management, and marketing matters, and spent a number of years in training and organizational development positions in the retail industry.
