The event will also mark the worldwide launch of the alluring new fragrance for women, "GUESS Seductive."

The NYSE Opening Bell will be aired live at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time and can be viewed at NYSE.com and on the GUESS Magazine website at www.guessmagazine.com as well as on CNBC, FOX Business and other networks.
